Winter Forecast is a Collectible item found in Episode 1 of the Wintermute story mode to start the Extra Supplies side mission.
During the course of the mission, Mackenzie finds the note Winter Forecast within Milton House (Grey Mother's) after completion of The Grey Mother, and gathers additional supplies to help her survive the upcoming winter weather.

The note can be found inside the house, on the sofa beside Grey Mother.
Note: If something is placed on the sofa before completing The Grey Mother, it might hide the note, making it hard to find.
