Watchful Falls is a landmark far side of Monolith Lake, with the Lake Cave just behind it, in Hushed River Valley.

There is a patch of Scrub Brush and a shallow cave immediately beside the waterfall. The cave may contain a ravaged Wolf Carcass, a corpse, and some supplies, including a whetstone and a skill book.
A Moose may spawn on Monolith Lake near Watchful Falls, and there is an area with rabbits nearby. The semi-secure cave can serve as a good base to hunt game and harvest carcasses.
