Three Strikes Farmstead is a collection of several farm buildings in Pleasant Valley, located about 5 minutes walk northwest of the Pleasant Valley Farmstead.

Overview

Three Strikes Farmstead is a location in Pleasant Valley. It is in the northwest of the region.

It is also known as Three Strikes Homestead. The name may refer to three strikes in baseball, which is an out--possibly referencing the homesteaders' bad luck or simply the three broken-down structures on the edge of property. It may also refer to the three carcasses -- wolf, doe, and stag -- that can be found in the nearby area in Survival Mode.

Reishi mushrooms and two frozen deer carcasses can be found near the broken-down buildings. Several rabbits, along with a wolf carcass, can also be found in the field nearby.

A fire barrel and possibly a hunting rifle can be found in the main barn. Other loot may include a first aid kit and a human corpse.

Wintermute

In Episode 3, the player must visit the site to complete the Ghost Stag as part of the Tall Tales side quest. Some optional story-relevant materials may also be found in the barn along with some relatively valuable loot.
