Shoulder Lake is a large lake in Forsaken Airfield, occupying much of the northeastern part of the region.

The lake itself features many islands, the largest of which, Drift Island is named and is home to a cave and cottage. A small Airplane can be found in the south part of the lake and is the only refuge on the lake itself.
There are also two ice fishing huts on the north and east sides of Drift Island, where Smallmouth Bass and Lake Whitefish may be caught.
The lake is frequented by wolves. While they are easy to spot in the wide open terrain on a clear day, a sudden fog or Glimmer Fog can make them very difficult to see, posing dangers for unwary survivors. A bear may spawn in the small cave on the southeast part of the lake and will patrol the whole lake. It is also easy to get lost on the lake in poor weather.
