Insulin is a First Aid item found in Episode 3 of the Wintermute story mode as a part of the Fallen Star mission.

During the course of the mission, the survivor finds Insulin near the Crash Site in Pleasant Valley and retrieves it to give to Dimitri, a plane crash survivor who will die without his Insulin.
