Highway Robbery is a side mission started in Episode 1 of the story. In the mission, the survivor investigates an abandoned truck on Spruce Falls Bridge after finding a note describing a rich Mainlander abandoning a truck on the bridge. The mission can only be completed in Episode 1, prior to the survivor leaving Milton.

Overview
To start the mission, the survivor has to find one of the corresponding note at the Orca Gas Station outside Milton:

Locating emergency supplies
Search Orca Gas Station and locate the note. It is located by a Bedroll in the back of the station. Once the survivor has found and read the note, they can proceed to Spruce Falls Bridge.
The easiest method to get to this location is to start at Milton House (Grey Mother's), near the Grey Mother, and follow the road to the right towards St. Christopher's Church. Continue past the church, staying on the road, until Spruce Falls Bridge is encountered.
The first pickup truck has a trunk located in its bed. Search the trunk, taking the supplies within, and the mission will be completed.
