The Headframe Building is a side building of the Concentrator, farther away from it as the Conveyor Room.

The Headframe Building is an entrance to the mine in the form of an elevator shaft that leads to Levels 1, 2, and 3.
The interior itself consists of three floors.
On the ground floor there are several lockers, a workbench and a possible corpse. The elevator shaft can be accessed from this floor. Two exits to the outside lead to the front or the rear of the building.
A locked room (part of the Buried Echoes Tale) can be found here containing a second Work Bench and Bolt Cutters.
The second level has little loot. The Conveyor Room can be accessed from the conveyor belt on this floor.
The top level can be reached by climbing up the elevator cable. A revolver may be found hidden behind a ladder in the corner alongside a backpack.
