Grey Mother's Pearls are a Collectible item given to the Will Mackenzie in Episode 1 of Wintermute to complete the One Last Thing side mission.
During the course of the mission, Mackenzie delivers the pearls to the gravesite of Lilith Barker across from St. Christopher's Church outside Milton.
Trivia[]
Grey Mother reveals that these pearls were her mother's and that she gave them to Lily Barker on her 16th birthday, the same year that she died.
