Grand Meadow is a small plain close to the Power Plant. It is located next to the road towards Narrow Bridge, by the turn-off for Forager's Remnant. The road is blocked by a landslide at Bear's Bend further south.
Packs of timberwolves often roam this area. An abandoned car provides some refuge.
