Go! Energy Drink is a First Aid item in The Long Dark.

Overview

Consuming Go! Energy Drink restores hydration and a small amount of calories. It also provides the benefits Energy Boost for 30 minutes, and Fatigue Reduced for 45 min.

When the duration of Energy Boost ends, it causes the Headache Affliction for 20 minutes.

Upon consumption, Fatigue is increased by 60% (to a maximum of 100%), but once the benefits expire 50% Fatigue will be lost immediately. This makes consuming Go! while above 40% Fatigue a waste, and above 50% a net loss in Fatigue. Care should be taken to the remaining duration of Go! Energy Drink's benefit, since if it expires during demanding tasks (such as Rope Climbing), Fatigue may drop to 0% resulting in a dangerous situation.

Go! Energy Drink does not spawn on Interloper difficulty.
