This is an unmissable story achievement achieved after completing the mission What One Man Can Do. Simply avoid the Old Bear inside the Old Bear's Den and find the Bear Spear, then win the 3 Bear Struggles and kill the bear. The achievement is earned after the cutscene ends.
Predux EP 2[]
Simply track and kill the Old Bear as part of Jeremiah's Folly and the achievement will unlock.

The achievement name is from a quote from Jeremiah during Survival School (Predux):
"He'll come for you when you're not expecting it. But you won't miss it. It won't be subtle. It'll sound like a ton of muscle and bone bearing down on you like a freight train of hate and hunger. You stand your ground. Do not flinch. You raise your rifle. You sight him. And when you see between his eyes - - you squeeze that trigger."
