The Foreman's Key is a Collectible found as part of the Buried Echoes Tale in Survival Mode. It is found in the mountains near Old Corral, buried under the tail section of a crashed Helicopter inside a Supply Cache (along with Security Chief's Log 31) that can be uncovered by an active Handheld Shortwave Radio. To obtain the key, you first must first start the Tale by finding the hidden cache at the Boss's Settlement.

It is needed to open 2 doors:

• One in the Headframe Building leading to the small office container to get to the Bolt Cutters.
• The other inside the Langston Mine in one of the buildings at the bottom of the elevator shaft on Level 3.
