Records from Blackrock's official archive have escaped their vault. Find and read the bloody pages to learn more about the notorious maximum security prison.
To start the mission, the player must find any of four Archival Report objects scattered across the Blackrock region. Finding all four will complete the mission.

Volume A is found in Blackrock Locker #3 (requires a key to open and is an objective of the Blackrock Lockers side mission).
Volume B is inside the prison transport bus that is near the work bench on the Blackrock Prison grounds.
