Concussion is a unique Affliction in The Long Dark only encountered in Wintermute during the mission Fallen Star in Episode 3: Crossroads Elegy. It shares the same icon as the Headache Affliction.

Concussion affects the Crash Survivors Franklin and Bennet in the Community Hall.
Treatment[]
Despite being a negative Affliction, Astrid diagnoses each survivor and concludes that Franklin and Bennet do not need any further medical help. She possibly assumes that the Affliction will heal on its own without needing any First Aid.
