I am not sure if that is completely useful since the page might get outdated even if there is a text it is "Updated".

However, I think some small note, perhaps in the History section of the item, wouldn't hurt. Something like "Information updated to version x.xx". That might, on the other hand, confuse visitors, who are not familiar with content of updates, making them unsure if the page is up to date or no.

In the bottom of the page is "History" link, so you can check when and what was updated on the current page. In the Ancient Pages you can see oldest pages but they might not need an update. Perhaps, there are some other ways of marking a page as updated but nothing else come to my mind. Corrections or other opinions, anyone?

We could do the opposite.  Flag pages in need of an update.

Sounds good, we could flag the pages thats needs updates and after we check them we quit the flag

I know I'm a bit late to this party but I made an

template today and added it to all of the clothing items. I did this because while playing to day, I noticed much of the information has been changed in the game vs what this wiki says. e.g. Toque warmth and windchill is incorrect.

You're welcome!

The syntax for adding the oudated notice template is {{Outdated}}

Pages that I already marked (all clothing pages) as outdated can be found here
